I love playing and performing but I have a real passion for drum education. I want to encourage as many people as possible to discover the incredible world of drumming. New to drums? Don't worry, I will take you through all the basics from proper stick technique to basic beats and fills; you'll be rocking out to your favourite AC/DC tracks in no time. Been playing drums for a while? No problem, we can look at different styles, advanced rudiment application, independence, odd time, double bass drum techniques, whatever you want. 

 

I want to help you be the drummer you want to be. We can work towards grades or just jam along to your favourite tracks. I can give you insight into my journey through the music industry and offer advice on any possible pitfalls. All major styles covered including: Rock, Pop, R&B, Metal, Funk, Latin and more. Other areas I cover include:

• Linear Grooves

• Moeller Technique

• Playing to a click/backing track

• Tuning

 

I teach out of a dedicated drum room at the Mill Hill Music Complex and my rates are as follows:

 

• 30 mins: £20

• 45 mins: £30

• 60 mins: £35
